RATES & RESERVATIONS

RV Rental Schedule 2008 - 2009 Season
Effective April 1, 2008

All rates based on 1 or 2 person occupancy - extra persons $1.75 per day per person, including children.

Daily - $30.00, Electric Included
Weekly - $135.00, Electric Included

1 Month$ 295.00 plus electric
2 Months$ 590.00 plus electric
3 Months$ 790.00 plus electric
4 Months$ 940.00 plus electric
5 Months$1040.00 plus electric
6 Months$1145.00 plus electric
Reservation Deposit $100.00 with balance due for the full reservation time upon arrival. Please call if you will be arriving late. If you are 5 days or more late and do not call, management reserves the right to rent out the site and move you to another site.

**Refund Policy for RVs**
Deposits are refundable, less $15.00 prior to October 15, 2008 - NO refunds after October 15, 2008. No roll over deposits and no refunds on unused rent or early departures.

Late charges on Electric 10 days past due - $5.00


MOBILE HOME & YEARLY RENTERS: 2008 - 2009 SEASON

  • 12 MONTHS OCCUPANCY - $1525.00 plus electric. Payable in 4 consecutive payments of $381.25 or 2 payments (1st payment on anniversary and 2nd in 6 months) of $762.50 each, starting with your anniversary date.

  • Late fee after 10 days past due - $15.00

  • Management does not send out statements on Annual Rents.
  • Annual renters must have their units tied down and skirted within 30 days of placement.

  • Rent includes water, sewer, trash and lawn mowing.

  • Rates are based on 1 or 2-person occupancy.

  • Charges in excess of 2 people are: $1.75 per day per person (including all children). Maximum stay 2 weeks.

PARK MODELS & TRAILER ANNUAL RENTERS: 2008 - 2009 SEASON

  • 6 MONTHS OCCUPANCY - $1445.00 plus electric. Payable in 4 consecutive payments of $361.25, starting on your anniversary date. Extra days $6.00 per day - 1 extra month - $127.00

  • Extra days $4.00 per day

  • 1 Extra month - $120

  • Late fee after 10 days past due $15.00 - applies to all annuals

  • Management does not send out statements.

  • All rates are subject to change

FURNISHED RENTALS

  • Lovely 1 bedroom - $515.00 - $775.00 per month, plus electric and propane.

  • Mobile Home (2 bedroom) - $840.00 per month, plus electric and propane.

  • $200.00 reservation deposit to be applied to rent.

  • Balance of rent due on arrival.

  • $200.00 refundable security deposit and refundable $5.00 (per set) key deposit required upon arrival.

  • Rates based on 2 persons - extra persons $5.00 per day per person, including children. Maximum stay 2 weeks.

  • All Rates are subject to change.
Management reserves the right to reject a reservation request and to utilize vacant spaces.
