RENTAL UNITS AVAILABLE
1 bedroom rentals are $520 to $780 per month plus electric and propane. 2-bedroom mobile home is $845 per month plus electric & propane. A $200 reservation deposit to be applied to rent. Full balance of rent due upon arrival. A $200 refundable security deposit & $5 (per set) refundable key deposit required upon arrival also. There is a minimum 3-month rental and reservations are required. All rentals are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional person (including children) is $7.00 per day (this includes small children). Maximum stay for guests is 2 weeks.

A deposit of $200 will reserve your rental unit. Balance due in full upon arrival. It is important that we have an arrival date. If you cannot be here on the date you have reserved, please call the office to inquire about changing your arrival date. CIRCLE T reserves the right to move your rental site if you do not arrive on your designated arrival date and do not call. There is a 3-month minimum for all rentals. Thank you!
Refund policy: Deposits are refundable less $25 prior to October 1, 2008. NO REFUNDS after October 11, 2008. No refunds for unused rent or early departures.
